Specialty Care

The care people expect to be sent elsewhere for: root canals, extractions, TMJ therapy, Botox and the grafting that prepares a site for an implant. Most root canals take one or two visits, fully numbed.

What this covers

What specialty care covers.

Specialty care is the work most practices refer out: the infected nerve, the tooth that has to come out, the jaw joint that will not settle, the site that needs bone before an implant can go in. Here it is done in this building, by the people who diagnosed it.

Root canal therapy is performed by Dr. Parham Mansouri, our on-site endodontist, UCLA trained with a certificate in endodontics. Extractions, bone grafting and socket preservation are surgical work planned on our own 3D scans, so the site is mapped before anything starts.

Jaw pain is treated as a diagnosis first: the exam finds what is driving it, and therapy escalates only as far as your case requires. Botox is part of that pathway for clenching, grinding and TMJ pain, given personally by Dr. Danoukh or Dr. Mansouri.

From a patient

360 dental is one of the BEST dental offices I have ever been to, better yet, it is the best office I have even been to. The staff is amazing, welcoming and comfortable! As someone who has extreme dental anxiety, they made me feel at ease.

Common questions

Answering your dental care questions.

Will I be referred somewhere else?

For these, no. An endodontist, hygienists and restorative doctors all work in this building, so most treatment stays in-house.

Is a root canal painful?

The tooth is fully numbed with a local anesthetic. You feel working pressure, not pain, and most cases are finished in one or two appointments.

Why would I need bone grafting?

Bone shrinks where a tooth has been missing. A graft rebuilds enough of it to hold an implant; socket preservation places one at the time of an extraction so the shrinkage never happens.

How much will it cost?

Every service is quoted before we start it, and we accept all PPO insurances and handle the paperwork with them.
